Störung: Gast Warteräume in BigBlueButton

Aktuell ist die Warteraumfunktion in BigBlueButton in moderierten Räumen durch eine unvollständige Konfiguration gestört.

Die Lösung des Problems wurde gegen 9 Uhr erarbeitet und wird nun im Laufe des heutigen Tages auf allen Servern des BigBlueButton Dienstes ausgerollt, um laufende Meetings nicht zu beinträchtigen.

Ein Workaround ist das deaktivieren der Moderation von Gästen (Entweder direkt in den Raumeinstellungen auf meet.gwdg.de oder in den Gast Einstellung im laufenden Raum).

Currently, the waiting room function in BigBlueButton in moderated rooms is disrupted due to an incomplete configuration.

The solution to the problem was found at around 9am and will now be rolled out to all servers of the BigBlueButton service during the course of today to not  affect ongoing meetings.

One workaround is to disable the moderation of guests (either directly in the room settings on meet.gwdg.de or in the guest setting in the running room).
