By fully open-sourcing our web interface, we aim to build a vibrant community where ideas can be shared and improvements can be made together. This move will hopefully accelerate the development process, introduce diverse perspectives, and ensure that our platform evolves in line with the needs and aspirations of our users.

Community Governance

Additionally, we are following a community governance model. This means that decisions about the project’s direction, feature prioritization, and resource allocation will be made collectively by the community. We believe that this democratic approach will lead to a more inclusive, transparent, and resilient product.

First AI Community Meeting

To kickstart this new phase, we invite all interested individuals to our first AI community meeting. This virtual event will be held on Wednesday, October 30th at 10 AM, on GWDG’s BigBlueButton platform. During this meeting, we will discuss the roadmap of our various AI projects and services, establish governance processes, and explore how participants can contribute to our community’s success.

Whether you’re a developer eager to contribute code, a designer with a vision for improved user experience, or a user with ideas for new features, we welcome your involvement. Together, we can build a more intelligent, user-friendly, and feature-rich AI platform.
