IT Support and COVID-19

The current COVID-19 situation affects science and teaching to a large effect. Many employees and students have to work from home. The usual procedures are not always available and need to be adapted. In order to provide you with the best possible support in this challenging situation for all of us, we have created a website on which we provide you with information about typical tools and services for mobile work such as videoconferencing, VPN and chat, which you can obtain from GWDG. This website is constantly being expanded and updated.

We strive to provide you with a stable IT supply even in this situation and keep you up to date on the current status and developments on another website.
