Because of a malfunction at goetel the telephone numbers of Göttingen university are not reachable to or from the outside since about 4 a.m.
It is still possible to telephone within the university.
Update 9:55 am:
The outage at goetel has been removed, the university and UMG can be reached from the outside again.
