Malfunction solved: AcademicCloud/Owncloud

We detected a bottleneck in the Academic Cloud ownCloud configuration and solved it.
The configuration caused a second request for each access to the storage and thus caused delays in the processing of requests.
These delays overstepped a critical level yesterday at 11:40 A.M and overloaded the service.
The service is available again since yesterday, 8:00 P.M.
