GWDG launched the first virtual NHR Roadshow with a successful workshop attended by 11 participants – and since then a total of three workshops have been organised and 47 people reached.
It’s been an exciting start!

The sessions covered a range of informative topics: an introduction to the NHR Alliance and its nationwide support for high performance computing; a presentation of the services offered by NHR-Nord@Göttingen; an overview of our comprehensive support for researchers, including expert advice, training and specialised computing resources; a look at the different scientific areas supported by the NHR centres; insights into the KISSKI AI Service Centre for sensitive and critical applications; and practical guidance on how to access HPC clusters. At the conclusion of each workshop, key learnings and resources were presented to help attendees get started.
