Between 9:45 and 10:15, there were connectivity problems within GÖNET due to severe power supply issues at several sites. The details are still being investigated. We are working at full speed to resolve the problem.

Update#1:

According to the current status, the Internet connection is available again in a stable manner and most services of the GWDG are accessible again. The solution of the still existing disturbances is being worked on.

Update#2:

The cause of the power failure was a short circuit in the university’s medium-voltage network. Due to the redundancy, the Goettingen data center was immediately switched to the public network.

Update#3:

As far as we know, all GWDG services are back in operation.
