Impact: Web-UI (Grafana) of metrics.gwdg.de not accessible

Due to an upgrade of Grafana (v8.1.4 -> v8.2.4) the web interface of metrics.gwdg.de will not be available for the indicated period of time. The underlying database (InfluxDB) is not affected by the upgrade and will be available throughout.
