Impact: Restricted opening times of the data centre and accessibility of the service hotline

The data centre of the GWDG is closed from 24.12.2019 to 26.12.2019 and on 31.12.2019 and 01.01.2020. On 23.12., 27.12. and 30.12.2019 the data centre is only opened from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on 28.12. and 29.12.2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. as is usual at weekends.

In urgent cases please contact our support staff using our support website https://www.gwdg.de/support or sending an e-mail to support@gwdg.de. Each message is put into our ticket system which will be checked on all days from 24.12.2019 to 01.01.2020.
