During the night from Wednesday to Thursday all servers of GWDG Cloud  Share will be updated. Users may experience a short interruption when  using the website and clients will briefly loose connection and reconnect to the service. Since the update is done sequentially over all  servers the service as a whole remains operational.

The connection problems of the e-mail service have been fixed. The connection failure occurred on Saturday afternoon and affected all connection methods. First analyzes of the problem showed that database errors occurred. A more detailed analysis is executed on Monday. We apologize for all the trouble caused.

Currently, there may be a connection error when logging in Exchange email accounts. On a solution of the problem is worked. We apologize for any possible inconvenience.
