On Thursday 20th at 5 pm the service chat.gwdg.de will receive a configuration change and
will restart in the process.
In the process the service will be unavailable for ca. 10 min.
There is a good chance that the change will solve problems regarding display of user
status (on-/offline) and triggering notifications.
