Between late Tue afternoon and Wed morning several users of Jupyter-Cloud were unable to launch their notebook servers after successful login to the service. A general problem solution corrected the problem this morning, which affected an estimate of 20-30 users. During correction of the problem the service was restarted briefly but running notebooks were not interrupted. For most users the service operated normally except for the brief interruption. The problem is still under investigation , outstanding tickets are still being answered and we thank everybody for their feedback to the problem.
