Impact: No login to GWDG services possible

There was a short outage of login.gwdg.de in the above mentioned time. This affected all GWDG services, that are connected to LDAP, but also SSO.
This problem could be solved after about 15 minutes, all services are available again.

Technical background: One of the servers had a short outage. Unfortunately, the HAProxy did not switch to another working machine, so the outage was noticeable for end users. Why the HAProxy did not work properly is still unclear, we are investigating further.
