Impact: Delayed delivery and processing of tickets

Due to a malfunction at the Trouble-Ticket-System OTRS delays of the delivery and processing of tickets occured during the weekend. The problem was solved and all tickets were meanwhile delivered. They will be processed soon. We apologise for any inconveniences.
