Around 12.30 am on Saturday the service Jupyter-Cloud suffered an outage due to all
\nservers of the server restarting as of yet unknown causes. While an interruption but not
\nfatal after the restart the user file system service failed t start normally preventing
\nother components of the service to resume normal operation.
\nThe situation was corrected by manual intervention around 11.30 today. The service is back
