While it still will be possible to send requests as usual to our service hotline at <a href=\"mailto:support@gwdg.de\">support@gwdg.de<\/a>, no automatic responses or ticket processing will take place, so some delays may be expected. Additionally the GOTRS web interface <a href=\"https:\/\/support.gwdg.de\" class=\"external\" rel=\"nofollow\">https:\/\/support.gwdg.de<\/a> will be unavailable during maintenance. In matters of immediate urgency please contact our service hotline under 0551 201-1523. We will inform you about the status as soon as maintenance is finished and the ticket system is operational again.
