From 28.12. to 30.12.2020 it will only be available by phone from 9:00 to 17:00.<\/p>\n<p>If you would like to contact the GWDG on the days when the service hotline is not available by phone, please create a request via our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gwdg.de\/support\" class=\"external\" rel=\"nofollow\">support website<\/a> or send an email to <a href=\"mailto:support@gwdg.de\">support@gwdg.de<\/a>. The ticket system behind this will also be checked regularly by GWDG employees on these days.
