The access to e-mail mailboxes should be available again. If you still have problems with your e-mail clients (Outlook, Apple Mail,etc), please restart and try again accessing your mailbox.
The cause could not be detected yet.
We suggest a Loadbalancing-problem and there are no evidence for a security incident.
We are collecting now all information and will send these to Microsoft and the manufacturer of the loadbalancer for them to check.
The malfunction was not affected by an obvious error. Therefore, we need to perform a detailed error analysis.
