Impact: Service temporarily anavailable

Currently the service ShareLateX/Overleaf is intermittently degraded. The effect is such that the website takes unusually long to load for some users or fails to load or the documents takes long to create and display.

To counter this an upgrade of the underlying database is scheduled for Tue 4pm. The nature of this operation requires to shut down the service for the duration but it is expected to be available again at 6pm.
