Impact: Survey Service currently impaired, some surveys are currently not
available.

Update#2: The survey server is now available again. However, please note the information below:

The survey server database was affected by a glitch between 10:57 am and 1:45 pm. New polls created during this period, or edits to existing polls, are regrettably lost. Also, responses to active polls received during this time period are currently unavailable.

We are working on a solution to restore the lost responses and will keep you updated on this. For new polls and edits to existing polls, we would like to ask the poll administrators to track them again. We apologize for this.

Update#1: Due to a problem in the data base, we have to take the survey server offline at very short notice. We’ll keep you informed about the ongoing work.
