Affected: Users of GWDG Cloud Server Service
Impact: Management of cloud resources not possible

For reasons still unknown, the load balancer of the GWDG Cloud Server service lost its Virtual IP between 6:50 – 8:30. This led to a failure of the management functions of the GWDG Cloud Server service.
 
Running resources (VMs, volumes, etc.) were not affected.
 
The service has been restored and we are analyzing the cause.
