Impact: Archive service cannot be accessed

Due to an overload situation, access to the archive ($AHOME under UNIX/Linux, \\winfs-hsm under Windows) is unfortunately not possible until further notice.

Background: Due to large amounts of data transferred to the archive service, the temporary cache is completely occupied. The migration of a part of this data onto magnetic tapes must be waited. Only then the archive service can be made accessible again.

In order to better deal with these situations in the coming year, the temporary storage space and the number of magnetic tape drives will be increased.
