Impact: PID resolution might slow down

A mirror server of the Persistent Identifier Consortium for eResearch (vm08.pid.gwdg.de) is subject to a malfunction and is currently not available. We are working on a solution. PID resolution is automatically redirected to other servers, but might slow down in some cases. PID registration is not affected.
