Impact: Web-UI (Grafana) of metrics.gwdg.de not accessible

Due to an upgrade of Grafana (v8.2.7 -> v8.5.2) the web interface of metrics.gwdg.de will not be available for the indicated period of time. The underlying database (InfluxDB) is not affected by the upgrade and will be available throughout.
