Impact: Web-UI (Grafana) of metrics.gwdg.de not accessible

Due to an upgrade of Grafana (v7.3.7 -> v7.5.2) the web interface of metrics.gwdg.de will not be available for the indicated period of time. The underlying database (InfluxDB) is not affected by the upgrade and will be available throughout the upgrade.
