Impact: ticket processing delayed, OTRS web interface unaccessable
On 02.11.2017 between 5:00 p.m. and approx. 7:00 p.m. the GWDG trouble ticket system OTRS will be under maintenance. While it still will be possible to send requests as usual to our service hotline at email@example.com, no automatic responses or ticket processing will take place, so some delays may be expected. Additionally the OTRS web interface https://support.gwdg.de will be unavailable during maintenance. In matters of immediate urgency please contact our service hotline under 0551 201-1523. We will inform you about the status as soon as maintenance is finished and the ticket system is operational again. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
