Impact: Web-UI (Grafana) of metrics.gwdg.de not accessible

Due to a software upgrade of Grafana (v7.0.5 -> v7.1.5) the Web-UI of metrics.gwdg.de will not be available for the indicated period of time. The underlying database (InfluxDB) is not affected by the upgrade and is available throughout.
