After increased usage of the service ShareLaTex/Overleaf during the first half of the day
performance of the service started to degrade again.
Analysis of the ongoing problem revealed a bottleneck in the services configuration which
then was removed during run-time. Performance of the service has been restored to normal
levels around 02.30 pm. The bottleneck is expected to be permanently removed.
A number of support requests have notified us of the persisting problems and we be replied
