Impact: sftp connections to gwdu19 and login.gwdg.de are no longer possible

The host login.gwdg.de gets frequently into some trouble due to high I/O load. Please do *NOT* use login.gwdg.de for file transmission via scp or sftp. The *preferred* host for file transmission is called transfer.gwdg.de. Additionally, the hosts gwdu20.gwdg.de and gwdu60.gwdg.de can alternatively be used as login servers especially in case of a malfunction of login.gwdg.de.

TO AVOID THESE I/O LOAD PROBLEMS WE HAVE DISABLED SFTP ON THIS MACHINE NOW!
