Impact: Restricted opening times of the data centre and accessibility of the service hotline

The data centre of the GWDG is closed from 24.12.2015 to 27.12.2015 and from 31.12.2015 to 03.01.2016. From 28.12.2015 to 30.12.2015 the computing centre is only opened from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In urgent cases please contact our support staff at support@gwdg.de. Each message is put into our ticket system which will be checked on all days from 24.12.2015 to 03.01.2016.

We kindly ask all users to take this into account.
