The following table gives an overview of which user groups can set up their own rooms or meetings in the respective video conference tools. Entering already created rooms or participating in meetings is possible for any other users in all services.
To enter a room, you need the access data that is displayed when the room or meeting is created. In some cases, a single link containing the access information is sufficient.
