Affected: Users of the GWDG Cloud Server services
Impact: Virtual servers could not be maintained. Running servers were not affected.

The GWDG Cloud Server (cloud.gwdg.de) was dysfuctional since about 10:45 AM. Users were not able to maintain virtual servers. Running servers were not affected. The service is completely available since 11:15 AM. This disturbance was preventable and we will work on solutions so that this problem will not occur again.
