Simple ticket creation with the new support portlet

Requests to the support of the GWDG can now be created directly on the website. A new support portlet provides a simple four step dialog to create a new ticket in GWDG´s support system. Requests that are created with this portlet are easier to work with for the support, as they are enriched with speficic information gathered from questions.
