Impact: Haskell kernel not supported anymore

As of today Haskell kernel for the service jupyter.gwdg.de will not be supported for technical reasons anymore.

In the notebooks of jupyter.gwdg.de there was, besides the kernels of Python, R an Julia, also the option to use
the Python kernell. Due to reappearing issues after updates and beacause the Haskell kernel was installed
additionally we cease the support of the Haskell kernel in Jupyter.
