In the new version of our service for creating shortened links (URLs) additional functions are available. After creating a short URL, it was previously not possible to edit it  further. Once created, URLs remained retrievable in perpetuity. With the new interface now available, it is possible to edit previously created entries. This also allows the destination to be changed afterwards. Once published, short URLs can thus be adapted to changed circumstances at any time.

If a short URL is no longer required, it can now also be permanently deleted. The previously referenced target is thus no longer accessible from the time of deletion. Due to the revision of the user interface, a counter is now also available in the overview of the created URLs for each entry. This counter shows the number of retrievals made via the URL so far.
