Impact: Problems when rendering documents

Currently a number of users encounter a problem when rendering documents of various sizes to PDF. As we cannot mitigate the problem from our end we contacted the manufacturer of the software for support. Unfortunately affected user can only retry the rendering process again after a grace period of about 4 minutes. A solution will be implemented with the help of the manufacturer as soon as it is available.
