Impact: Web-UI (Grafana) of metrics.gwdg.de not accessible

Due to an upgrade of Grafana (v7.2.2 -> v7.3.7) the web interface of metrics.gwdg.de will not be available for the indicated period of time. The underlying database (InfluxDB) is not affected by the upgrade and will be available throughout.
