Today on Thursday 24th at 5 pm the service chat.gwdg.de will undergo a brief test to determine its resiliency against disruptions.

If the test ends positive no impact on the service is noticeable, if the outcome is negative the service will be unavailable or severely impaired for about 10 minutes.

Unfortunately the test cannot be conducted on a testing system because size of the system and level of usage have a direct correlation with the problem and thus the impact of the solution.

The test will be closely monitored to minimize the impact of possible negative effects.
