Impact: service temporarily unavailable , no access to the backup sets during the updates

Due to a planed major version update, version 4.x to version 5.x, the service “GWDG CrashPlan” will not be available on the 4th of march between 10 a.m. and approx 1 p.m. During this timespan the service will not be available. The access on your backups isn’t possible in this timespan too.

When the update is finished a new client will be available which will be rolled out to your machines during the next 24h after your machine has connected to the server.

We will inform you as soon as maintenance is finished and “GWDG CrashPlan” is operational again. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
