Due to complex system maintenance tasks, the GWDG print service will not be available during the stated period. Also affected are all network shares with names like \\samba.gwdg.de\… and \\gwdg-print.gwdg.de\ … provided by the SAMBA server samba.gwdg.de. As an alternative solution samba2.gwdg.de with share names like \\samba2.gwdg.de\… and \\gwdg-print2.gwdg.de\… can be used.

Due to the time scale, the maintenance work is not carried out in the regular maintenance window on Thursdays from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., but in the days between Christmas and New Year when many users are on holidays.
