Several German universities, including the University of Göttingen / GWDG, are jointly organizing the eighth IT Security Awareness Days from November 5-15, 2024. This is a cross-university series of public online events featuring exciting lectures on the topic of information security. The topics of the lectures range from DeepFakes, ChatGPT & Co. to the correct handling of passwords and are primarily aimed at users without any special prior knowledge. In addition, technical lectures are offered that may also be of interest to experts and administrators. The event is public and can be accessed via an entry link; registration is not required.
