Impact: Restricted opening times of the data centre and accessibility of the service hotline

The data centre of the GWDG is closed from 24.12.2016 to 26.12.2016 and on 31.12.2016 and 01.01.2017. From 27.12.2016 to 30.12.2016 the data centre is only opened from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In urgent cases please contact our support staff at support@gwdg.de. Each message is put into our ticket system which will be checked on all days from 24.12.2016 to 01.01.2017.

We kindly ask all users to take this into account.
