Impact: Reduced availabiltiy of the GWDG

The GWDG service hotline will not be available by phone from 24.12. to 26.12.2021 and from 31.12.2021 to 02.01.2022. From 27.12. to 30.12.2021 it will only be available by phone from 9:00 to 17:00.

If you would like to contact the GWDG on the days when the service hotline is not available by phone, please create a request via our support website or send an email to support@gwdg.de. The ticket system behind this will also be checked regularly by GWDG employees on these days. We ask all users to be prepared for this.

Due to the current pandemic situation, the GWDG data centre remains closed to the public until further notice.
