Again the email from GWDG mail server are not delivered to Microsoft public domains (outlook/live/hotmail), unfortunately, we do not receive any failure notification from Microsoft, but we get the 250 response which indicate that email is accepted from the Microsoft mail server.

From our side we  apologize this inconvenience and we are keeping a contact with Microsoft to solve this issue completely.
