Information: Delayed ticket delivery and processing in GOTRS

Affected: Trouble Ticket System GOTRS
Impact: Delayed delivery and processing of tickets

Due to a technical malfunction of the Trouble-Ticket-System GOTRS, tickets were unfortunately not delivered in the above mentioned period of time and could therefore not be processed promptly. In the meantime all the tickets that had been accumulated have been delivered and are now being processed quickly. We apologize for any inconvenience.
