The German Aerospace Center (DLR) has put the new supercomputer CARO into operation in Göttingen on July 18, 2022. The high-performance computer was officially handed over to DLR during a start-up ceremony attended by high-ranking representatives of the German federal and state governments. CARO is operated by the GWDG in the Göttingen data center.
