Around 12.30 am on Saturday the service Jupyter-Cloud suffered an outage due to all
servers of the server restarting as of yet unknown causes. While an interruption but not
fatal after the restart the user file system service failed t start normally preventing
other components of the service to resume normal operation.
The situation was corrected by manual intervention around 11.30 today. The service is back
to operating normally.
